Trimming, repairing cavities, putting cables, screws, and hooks whereever
necessary to the trees on Mansion and State House grounds for the cost
of $775 (seven hundred and seventy-five dollars).  All work done
according to specifications from the forest department of University of
Maryland.  Any tree being removed from the grounds would have an extra
cost of $125 for the first one $100 for the second and $75 for the third tree.
Any damage to the lawns on either Mansion or State House grounds will be
fixed free.  All labor work on job will be insured for compensation in
case of accident.
