Gentlemen,
    We submit in connection with our estimate for removing the heating
boilers from the State House to the Records Building the following
proposition, e.i. We propose to remove the boilers from their present
position in the State House, to the position indicated upon the accompanying
plans beneath the Library, constructing two smoke shafts, furnish all the
material and labor required to make this alteration, make the necessary repairs
to the apparatus, and make the alterations to the present ventilating shaft that
would requried by the change in position of boilers for the sum of nineteen
hundred and eighty dollars ($1980. 00/100)  This proposition being subject to
the conditions named in the other referenced to.
