Findings Relevant to Youth Development ___________Programming___________ The Task Force finds that there exists a number of youth development programs in various parts of the Maryland that build on the history and legacy of slavery in a positive way to education youth, to help them get a sense of their potentials, and to help them relate in a healthy way to their society. Almost without exception, these programs are needful of State recognition and support. A few examples are described below. [Excerpt from Written Submission of Dr. Charles M.
