Baltimore Aug 8.1902
The Executive Committee met in the Executive
Offices, Baltimore at 12 o'clock m.
There were present Messrs Vandiver, Jones,
McSherry and Schumcker.  The Governor was
also present.
Senator Jones moved that the Annex to the
State House be comstructed according to the
specifications of the architect except
that all iron cornice be substituted for
stone, making reduction of $9,275 in
the bid by Smith and Sons of $431,672, making
the cost of the building $422,397.
This motion was carried.
Upon motion the Committee adjourned to meet
in Baltimore on Wednesday Aug 13 at 1 o'clock
pm.
