The Committee met in the Executive
Offices in the Merchants Bank Building
at 1:20 p.m.  There were present
    Mrsse  F.C Latrobe
                T.J.C. Williams
                Comptroller J.W. Hering
                Treasurer Murray Vandiver
                Hon. James McSherry
A Committee consisting of Gen. Latrobe
and Hon. John Wirt Randall was empowered
to see that a good and sufficient deed
conveying the lot which has hereto [?] been
selected at Annapolis, to the state he ex-
ecuted with the understanding that if a
good title cannot be procured by deed that
lot be condemned.
The architect Mr. Josias Pennington related
that the plans and specifications for the
heating plant have been completed.  He
was directed to advertize for bids for constructing
the building and machinery.
    On motion adjourned.
