Annapolis May 9, 1902
The Committee met at 10:30 a.m. in
the Consullation room of the Court of
Appeals.  There were present Gen. F.C.
Latrobe, Chairman, Judge McSherry,
Hon. John Wirt Randall and
T.J.C Williams.  At the request of the
Committee the Governor was also
present.  Several propositions to the
sale of a lot to the Commission to the
site of a heating plant were received.
Mr. Randall was authorized to have
the lot offered by the Claude Estate
adjacent to the railway, surveyed to
ascertain whether a railroad station
could enter it.  After viewing the lot,
the Committee adjourned.
