Baltimore April 16, 1902
The Committee met in the office of the
Board of Public Works Merchants Bank
Building at 11 o'clock a.m.  There were
present the Chairman, Gen. F.C. Latrobe,
Hon. Murray Vandiver, Hon. Joshua W.
Hering, Hon. James McSherry and T.J.C.
Williams.  T.J.C. Williams was appointed
to act as secretary of the commission.
Mr. Josias Pennington was present and
the matter of purchasing a lot
upon which to erect a heating plant
for the State Buildings was discussed.
And the committee adjourned to meet
in Annapolis on May 9.
