Gwyther, Compton (1648-1693)

Gwyther returned to Wales at an unknown date. His will names his wife Cicely, whom he appoints as executrix and to whom he leaves "all my worldly goods"; his brother Lovering [Lewis], to whom he leaves six shillings; and his sister Elizabeth Rochford, to whom he leaves one shilling.

Gwyther's will is available online at the National Library of Wales. To access images, click on the link for the National Library of Wales; select "English" in the upper right for an English language version of the home page; and then select "Wills" from the options on the left. Enter "Compton Gwyther" in the first search box; choose "name" from the adjacent dropdown menu on the left of the search box; and request "Search." There are four hyperlinks to images of the will.
