Local Offices: justice of peace, 1661-1662, 1665-1676; sheriff, 1664-1665; coroner, 1669; Common Council, St. Marys City, 1671; alderman, St. Marys City, 1673. Provincial Offices: juror, Provincial Court, 1665, Burgess, 1669, 1674-1675. Land at death: over 1000 a., plus three plantations of undetermined acreage, including: Westbury, Nanzeimy (Charles County), Gisbrough, Brothers Joint Interest (Prince Georges County), acre at St. Marys City, Portoback Clifts.
