Wife: Susannah, daughter of Thomas Hatton and Susanna Hatton Attaway, later wife of 2. John Black. Parents: Phillip Clark (SM#818) and Hannah, daughter of George Mackall and Anne Macall Graham. Siblings: Ellen, Hannah, Roger, Phillip. Children: John Attaway, Susanna, Aime, Sarah, Elenor. Local Offices: justice of peace, 1727-1728, 1732-1753; sheriff, 1729-1732. Provincial Offices: Burgess, 1719-1722. Military Offices: captain, by 1731, colonel at death.
