Biography:

Edwart Tilghman Paca was born around 1812 to John Philemon Paca and his wife, Juliana Tilghman. He served in the Queen Anne's County House of Delegates from 1840 to 1841. He was the grandson of William B. Paca, a signer of the Declaration of Independence and a Maryland governer. Edward T. Paca died by 1854.
