Born December 2, 1910, in Baltimore County, Maryland. Attended Baltimore public schools; Jacob Tome Institue; The Johns Hopkins University, A.B., 1934; University of Baltimore Law School. Admitted to the Maryland bar, 1937. Died October 14, 1988, in Swan's Island, Maine.
