Born Charles Philip Nichols, October 6, 1922, in Laurel, Maryland. Son of Roland Lawrence and Mae (Powers) Nichols. Attended St. Mildred's Academy, Laurel, Maryland. Married. Died December 27, 1954, in Laurel, Maryland. Buried St. Mary's Cemetery, Laurel, Maryland.

Realtor. Member, Laurel City Council, 1952-54. Member, Maryland House of Delegates, Prince George's County, 1955-62. Member, National Association of Realtors; Maryland Real Estate Board; Prince George's County Real Estate Board; Baltimore City Real Estate Board. Past president, Laurel Kiwanis Club.
