Attended Dulaney High School; University of Delaware, B.A., criminal justice, 1983; University of Baltimore School of Law, LL.B., 1987. Married to Robert L. Ehrlich, Jr., July 24, 1993. Two sons: Drew Robert (b. July 24, 1999) and Joshua Taylor (b. March 6, 2004).
