County Administrative Judge, Charles County Circuit Court, 7th Judicial Circuit, September 14, 2009 to February 21, 2020 (Associate Judge, November 22, 2002 to September 14, 2009). Retired February 21, 2020. Member, Child Support Subcommittee of Family Law Committee, 2002-03, Mental Health, Alcoholism and Addiction Committee, 2003-06, and Public Awareness Committee, 2006-09, Maryland Judicial Conference. Member, Representation Subcommittee, Foster Care Court Improvement Project. Former member, Committee on Family and Domestic Relations Law, Maryland Judicial Conference; Ad Hoc Committee Examining the Masters' System. Member, Juvenile Law Committee, 2015-17, and Chair, Case Management Subcommittee, 2016-20, of Court Operations Committee, Judicial Council.

Member, Trial Courts Judicial Nominating Commission, 1991-97. Assistant County Attorney, Charles County, 1992-97. Trust Clerk, Charles County Circuit Court, 1994-96. Master of Domestic Relations and Juvenile Causes, Charles County Circuit Court, 1996-2002.
