William H. Howard (1874-1929)

Biography:

Born February 10, 1874, in Annapolis, Maryland.  Son of James E. Howard (born c. 1854), a waiter, and Eliza Howard (born c. 1856), a nurse.  Admitted to the Maryland bar, January 29, 1901.  Married Amanda I. Stewart (born c. 1882) on June 3, 1903, in Baltimore.  One child, Evelyn Alsop (born c. 1905).  Resided at 59 Northwest Street, Annapolis from at least 1910 to 1927.  Died August 21, 1929, at Crownsville State Hospital, Anne Arundel County, Maryland.  Buried in Brewer Hill Cemetery, Annapolis, Maryland.
