Biography:

Probably born in Washington County, Maryland.  Died March 25, 1810 in Hagerstown, Washington County, Maryland.

Attorney.  Member of the House of Delegates for Washington County, 1791 and April Special Session 1792.  Chief judge, county courts of Montgomery, Frederick, Washington, and Allegany counties (5th Judicial District), appointed and commissioned January 28, 1802-1805.  Associate judge, 5th District Court, Frederick, Washington and Allegany counties, 1806-10.
