Funeral of Mr. Gassaway

    The remains of the late Augustus
Gassaway, who died suddenly in Bal-
timore Monday night, were brought
to Annapolis this morning in charge
of Mr. James S. Taylor, assistant to
Undertaker Caulk, and conveyed to
the residence of the late John W.
Whittington, on West street, from
whence the funeral will take place
this afternoon at 4 o'clock. The
pall-bearers are Frank H. Stockett,
J. Shaaff Stockett, James Revell,
James H. Hodges, Richard Welch
and Robert W. Tate.
