                    Mayoral debate: A debate between Annapolis mayoral candidates Ellen
                    O. Moyer and Herbert H. McMillan will air on CN8, (cable Channel 8 in
                    Annapolis), from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

                    Wedding showcase: Watermark Cruises, a state charter boat operation,
                    has scheduled its Watermark Weddings Open House and Showcase from
                    1 p.m. to 3 p.m. aboard Watermark's luxury yachts at Annapolis City
                    Dock. The events will feature the yachts as possible settings for wedding
                    receptions. Tickets are $10 at the dock or $8 in advance. Registration:

                    Massing of the Colors: Vice Admiral George C. Dyer-Annapolis Chapter
                    of Military Order of the World Wars will hold the 33rd annual Massing of
                    the Colors at 2:30 p.m. at the Annapolis Senior High School auditorium
                    on Riva Road. The public is invited, and there is no charge. Information:

                    Concert of Tastes: Concert of Tastes, sponsored by the Friends of the
                    Annapolis Symphony Orchestra, will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
                    at Sheraton Barcelo Hotel, 173 Jennifer Road. The event will feature
                    county restaurants and caterers, live music and a silent auction. Tickets

                    Handbell concert: Gloria Dei Lutheran Church will present a concert by
                    the Anacrusis Handbell Ensembles at 3 p.m. at the church, 461 College
                    Parkway, Arnold. Anacrusis is a community handbell organization
                    consisting of ensembles in the Chesapeake Bay area. The concert is free,

                    Commission meeting: The annual meeting of the State Commission on
                    Criminal Sentencing Policy will be from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the

                    Tuesday

                    Turkey dinner: Community United Methodist Church of Maryland City
                    will hold a turkey dinner - turkey, stuffing, gravy, potatoes, a vegetable,
                    rolls and a beverage - from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the church, 300 Brock
                    Bridge Road, Laurel. The cost is $7 for adults, $6 for seniors and $3 for
                    children ages 4 to 12; children age 3 and younger will be admitted free.

                    Fly-fishing: Free State Fly Fishers, a club that promotes fellowship

                    GOP breakfast: Wednesday Republican Breakfast Club meets from 7:30

                    Sportfishermen: The Annapolis chapter of Maryland Saltwater

                    Craft show: St. Andrew by the Bay Catholic Church will hold its 10th

                    luncheon and a raffle. Proceeds will benefit the ladies of St. Andrew by
