CHANCERY COURT (Chancery Papers) 1832-1833, MdHR 17,898-7788. Two folders
of documents from a hearing concerning the sale of John Shaw's house after
his death. The case ultimately results in the sale of the house to Thomas
Franklin. These folders include a copy of John Shaw's will, testimony from
a number of witnesses, an inventory of
the Estate of John Shaw, and the deed of sale selling the house to
Thomas Franklin.
