Biography:

Born in Easton, Pennsylvania in 1932; grew up in Lake Forest, Illinois.  Attended The Johns Hopkins School of Nursing, early 1950s.  Married James C. McCoy, Jr. in 1956; two sons:  James C. McCoy III, Stephen D.  Resided in Severna Park.  Died August 30, 2000.

Registered nurse.  Maryland General Assembly session nurse, mid 1970s-1999.  Honorary member, The Speaker's Society.
