Biography:

Born in 1953.  Attended the University of Michigan, B.S., 1971; George Washington University School of Law, J.D., 1978. Admitted to District of Columbia Bar, 1978; Maryland Bar, 1979.

Associate Judge, Prince George's County Circuit Court, 7th Judicial Circuit, September 1, 2000 to March 31, 2015. Retired March 31, 2015. Member, Family Law Committee, 2001-13 (chair, child support subcommittee, 2003-13), Maryland Judicial Conference. Chair, Task Force to Improve Child Support Compliance in Prince George's County, 2007-08. Board of Directors, Judicial Institute of Maryland, 2007-15. Member, Commission on Professionalism, 2010-12; Court of Appeals Standing Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure, 2010-15. Master for Domestic Relations, Prince George's County Circuit Court, 1987-2000. Member, Task Force on Domestic Violence, 1996.
