County Commissioner, Prince George's County, 1970-.  Chair, Board of County Commissioners, 1971-.  County Council of Prince George's County, 1971-; chair, 1971-1974.  Prince George's County Executive, 1974-78.  Member, Alcohol Beverage Committee; Apartment/Office Building Association.  President and board member, Business and Industry Advisory Council to the Prince George's County School System.  President, Prime Cable of Maryland, 1985-88.  Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Dimensions Health Corporation, 1985-.  Director, The First American Bank of Maryland.  Board member, Maryland State Chamber of Commerce.  Member, Knights of Columbus.  Lector and Cantor, St. Jerome's Catholic Church.  Jaycee International Senator.  Outstanding Young Marylander.  Citizenship Award, C & P Telephone Company.  Community Service Award, Prince George's County Human Relations Commission.  Prince Georgean of the Year, Prince George's Chamber of Commerce, 1988.
