Biography:

Born in Baltimore, November 2, 1939.  Attended Capitol Page School, Washington, D. C., Baltimore parochial schools; Mount St. Mary's College.  Married; two children.  Died December 14, 2007.  Buried at New Cathedral Cemetery, Baltimore, Maryland.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Baltimore City, 1967-74.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
President of rigging and steel erection corporation.
