Born in Baltimore, Maryland, April 29, 1935.  Attended Baltimore City public schools; Morgan State College.  Married.  Died August 13, 2011, in Baltimore, Maryland.

House of Delegates, Legislative Districts 5 & 40 (D), Baltimore City, 1971-78.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Community relations specialist.  Served in U.S. Air Force.  Member, Five in Five Democratic Club, Inc.; New Democratic Coalition of Maryland; New Democratic Coalition, Fifth District; Cylburn Improvement Association; Northwest Civic Forum, Inc.; Pimlico Junior High School Community Council; Forest Park Neighborhood Association; Howard Park Improvement Association; Womanpower, Inc.
