Biography:

Born in Bayonne, New Jersey, April 21, 1926.  Attended Bayonne private schools; American University, B.S., 1950; Georgetown University Law School; The George Washington University, M.A., 1965.  Married.  Died July 8, 2006.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Montgomery County, 1975-78.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Served in U.S. Army during World War II.  Public relations and advertising consultant.  Alternate delegate, Democratic National Convention, 1972. Vice-president, Men's Democratic Club of Montgomery County.  Member, Citizens' Advisory Committee on Bethesda Central Business District; Montgomery County Commission to Investigate CATV.  Member, Bethesda Coalition; Friendship Heights Coalition; Omicron Delta Kappa honorary fraternity.  President, Battery Park Citizens' Association.  Delegate, Montgomery County Civic Federation.  Honorary life member, Bayonne Royal Yacht Club.  Listed in Who's Who in the South; Who's Who in Advertising; Who's Who in Politics; Who's Who in Government.
