Biography:

Born Gary Lewis Utterback in Burkittsville, Maryland, September 26, 1889.  Son of Edward J. and Lillie (Easterday) Utterback.  Attended Frederick County public schools.  Married; one daughter.  Died March 4, 1962, in Charles Town, West Virginia.  Buried, Mount Olivet Cemetery.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Frederick County, 1943-47, 1955-1962.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Retired farmer. Member, Elks; Knights of Pythias; Masons; Moose; Frederick County Fish and Game Club; Thurmont Gun and Conservation Club. Past Master, Lewistown Grange. Trap and skeet champion.
