Board, 1985-87. Trustee, Frederick Community College, 1985-86.
State president, Farm and Land Institute, Realtor Affillate, 1984.
Western Maryland campaign coordinator, Hughes for Governor, 1978.
Director, Jaycees. Member, Chamber of Commerce. President,
Frederick County Holstein Association. Legislative director, Farm
Bureau. Founder and leader, Monocacy Valley 4-H Club. As estate
manager and faculty member, established with wife the Donaldson Brown Conference
Center at Port Deposit for University of Maryland.
