Attorney. Executive director, Montgomery-Prince George's Continuing
Legal Education Institute, Inc. Founder and director of non-profit
corporation providing free legal services for the elderly in the Rockville
area. General counsel for Congressman Newton 1. Steers, 1976-78.
Member, Rockville Human Rights Commission; Community Advisory Council,
Tri-Services Center for Children with Learning Disabilities.
