Walter S. Orlinsky: Services for Walter S. Orlinsky, former Baltimore City Council president and state delegate, will be held at 11 a.m. tomorrow at Sol Levinson & Bros., 8900 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville.

Mr. Orlinsky, who was 63, died Saturday of colon cancer.

His family suggested memorial donations to Victorine Q. Adams Fuel Fund Inc., P.O. Box 1896, Baltimore 21203.
