Biography:

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, May 3, 1937.  Attended Baltimore City Public Schools; Community College of Baltimore, A.A., 1974; University of Baltimore, B.A., political science, 1980.  Married.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Legislative District 43 (D), Baltimore City, 1983-86.  Member, Economic Matters Committee.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Served in U.S. Army Reserve, 1954-55; Active duty in U.S. Navy, 1955-58; U.S. Air Force, 1958-59.  Retired lieutenant, Baltimore City Fire Department.  Director, Korean War Memorial Commission, 1986-92.  Involved in northeast Baltimore City civic, labor, and veterans' organizations.
