Employee benefits specialist.  Member, Democratic State Central Committee, 1974-78.  Member, Board of Directors, Rodgers Forge Community Association, 1977-78; Baltimore Association of Life Underwriters.  Member and Chair, State Ethics Commission, 1991-99.  Active in numerous church and community affairs.
