Biography:

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, January 11, 1921.  Attended Baltimore parochial and public schools; University of Maryland; University of Maryland Law School, LL.B., 1952.  Admitted to the Maryland Bar, 1952.  Married to Patricia Joan Beach; three sons: Paul, Nicholas, and Bernard.  Died September 3, 2010.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Legislative District 10 (D), Baltimore County, 1963-66.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Served in U.S. Navy during World War II.  Member, Baltimore County, Maryland State and American Bar Associations; Elks; Knights of Columbus; Maryland Historical Society; Sons of the American Revolution; Society of the War of 1812.
