Biography:

Born in Kenosha, Wisconsin, September 8, 1935.  Attended New York City and New Rochelle, New York, public schools; The Johns Hopkins University, A.B., 1957, M.A., 1959, Ph.D., 1960.  Married.  Died January 18, 2002 of an aneurysm at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Legislative District 2 (D), Baltimore City, 1967-74.  Chair, Economic Matters Subcommittee, 1971-74.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Research scientist.  Member, Special Commission on Pollution; Uniform Credit Code Commission.  President, Third District Young Democratic Club.  Member, New Democratic Club of Second District.  President, board member, Baltimore Tutorial Project; Charles Village Civic Association; American Civil Liberties Union; American Chemical Society; American Physical Society; American Association for the Advancement of Science; American Institution of Aeronautics and Astronautics; Children's Theatre Association Board; United World Federalists.  President, Baltimore Chapter of SANE.
