Biography:
Born in Warwick, Maryland, December 30, 1922. Son of Osborne Sentman Mackie and Josephine (Aiken) Mackie. Attended Cecil County public schools; West Nottingham Academy; University of Delaware, A.B. Died October 27, 2013, in Elkton, Maryland. Buried at Sharps Cemetery, Fair Hill, Maryland.

Farmer. Member, Cecil County Health Planning Committee, 1973.
President, Cecil County Young Democrats. Member; Board of Directors,
Community Chest. Charter member, National Society for the Prevention
of Blindness. Campaign chair, March of Dimes and Community Chest.
Member, Cecil County Historical Society; Cecil County Hunters' Association;
Susquehanna State Park Advisory Board, 1983-84, 1987-90.
