Matters Committee. Member, Unemployment Insurance Subcommittee; Health
Insurance Subcommittee; Savings and Loan Subcommittee. Chair, Workforce
Training Subcommittee.
Private Career and Other Public Service:
Member of family-owned lumber and hardware business, 1966-74.
Served in Maryland National Guard, 1970-73; U.S. Army Reserve, captain,
1973-79. Teacher, Baltimore City public schools, 1970-79. Account
manager, Digital Equipment Corp. Member, Maryland Legislative Information
System (MLIS) Steering Committee; State Development Council Task Force;
Forest Hill Recreation Council; 35th District Democratic Clubs; co-coordinator,
Cedarwood Neighborhood Watch Program.
