Biography:

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, December 8, 1938 to Henry K. and Isabel (Harlan) Livezey. Attended Harford County public schools; Aberdeen High School, 1956; Johns Hopkins University, A.B., 1960; University of Maryland School of Law, LL.B., 1963. Admitted to the Maryland Bar, 1963. Married Mary-Lynne Thompson, 1978. Died in Elkton, Maryland, on July 29, 2025.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Harford County, 1971-74; Republican.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Attorney in private practice, Bel Air, Harford County, 1967-2019.

U. S. Army, 1963-66. Counsel, Harford County Board of Election Supervisors, 1967-69. Member, American, Maryland State, and Harford County Bar Associations; Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity; Aberdeen Rotary Club; Maryland, Harford County and Cecil County Historical Societies; Sons of the American Revolution; Maryland and Pennsylvania Genealogical Societies; Harford County Committee, Maryland Historical Trust; Harford County Young Republican Club; G.O.P. Advocates Club; Izaak Walton League. President, Harford County Historical Society, 1970-72.
