Biography:

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, December 8, 1938.  Attended Harford County public schools; The Johns Hopkins University, A.B., 1960; University of Maryland School of Law, LL.B., 1963.  Admitted to the Maryland Bar, 1963.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Harford County, 1971-74.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Served in U. S. Army.  Attorney.  Counsel, Harford County Board of Election Supervisors, 1967-69.  Member, American, Maryland State, and Harford County Bar Associations; Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity; Aberdeen Rotary Club; Maryland, Harford County and Cecil County Historical Societies; Sons of the American Revolution; Maryland and Pennsylvania Genealogical Societies; Harford County Committee, Maryland Historical Trust; Harford County Young Republican Club; G.O.P. Advocates Club; Izaak Walton League.  President, Harford County Historical Society, 1970-72. .
