Born in Detroit, Michigan, October 29, 1948.  Attended Michigan public schools; Oakland Community College, Michigan.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Anne Arundel County, 1987-90.  Member, Constitutional and Administrative Law Committee.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Served  in U.S. Army, 1966-69.  Commissioner, Anne Arundel County Housing Authority.  Member, transition team for new Anne Arundel County Department of Aging, 1982.  Senior consultant, The Minor Group, Inc.  Member, Democratic State Central Committee; Broadneck Democratic Club; Stoney Creek Democratic Club; Lake Shore Democratic Club; Cape St. Claire Improvement Association; PTA; Recreational Council.  Founder, Broadneck Youth Support Group (now the Chemical People).  Member, Jaycees; Elks, Broadneck Lodge 2608.
