Biography:

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, November 4, 1927.  Son of Stanislaus and Catherine and Kolodziejski  Married; five children.  Died February 21, 2013, in Glen Burnie, Maryland.  Buried at the Maryland Veteran's Cemetery, Crownsville, Maryland.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Anne Arundel County, 1983-94.  Member, Economic Matters Committee; Workers' Compensation Subcommittee.  Workers' Compensation Benefit and Insurance Oversight Committee.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Served in Army of Occupation in the Philippines, 1946-47; Army of Occupation Medal, World War II Victory Medal.  Southern High School Production Supervisor.  Chair, Democratic State Central Committee, Anne Arundel County, 1982-83.  Member, Cox Creek Sewer Facility Plan Committee, 1981.  President, six terms, Powerful Stoney Creek Democratic Club.  Member, Lake Shore, Roland Terrace, Severna Park, and 33rd District Democratic Clubs.  Member, American Legion; VFW; Curtis Bay Athletic Club.
