Born Christian Stuart Knudsen, on October 17, 1923.  Attended Catonsville High School; Loyola College.  Married Jo Ann Bartlett; three children.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Howard County, 1977-78.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Member, advisory board to the secretary of Natural Resources.  Member, Democratic State Central Committee of Maryland.
