Biography:

Born in Buffalo, New York, November 23, 1944.  Attended Baltimore County and Anne Arundel County public schools; Towson State College, B.A., 1966; University of Maryland, M.Ed., 1974.  Married.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Prince George's County, 1971-78.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Executive director of non-profit school for mentally retarded children and adults.  Teacher, Prince George's County public schools.  Member, Power Plant Siting Program Advisory Committee; Joint Committee on Water Pollution; Governor's Study Commission on Land Use; Governor's Humane Practices Commission.  Member of many civic, charitable, service and political organizations.
