Biography:

Born in Hagerstown, Maryland, July 14, 1923. Son Judge Omer T. Kaylor, Sr., and Mabel E. (Slagen) Kaylor.  Attended public schools of Washington County; Washington and Lee University; Harvard School of Business Administration; Washington and Lee Law School.  Married to Jean Johnston; five children.  Died April 19, 1999, in Balitmore, Maryland.  Buried at Rest Haven Cemetery, Hagerstown, Maryland.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Washington County, 1951-54.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Attorney.  Served in U.S. Navy, 1943-46.  State's attorney, Washington County, 1956-59.  Chair, Washington County Republican State Central Committee of Maryland, 1964-74.  Member, Maryland State Bar Association.
