Biography:

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, March 18, 1923.  Attended Baltimore County parochial schools.  Married.  Died October 8, 2008, in Kingsville, Maryland.  Buried at Gardens of Faith Cemetery, Rosedale, Maryland.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Baltimore County, 1973-78.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Served in U.S. Navy during World War II.  Trial magistrate, Baltimore County, 1963-67; chief license inspector, Baltimore County, 1967-69; police magistrate, Baltimore County, 1969-72.  Member, 11-14th Democratic Club; 6th District Democratic Club; Greater Rosedale Democratic Club; Middle River Democratic Club; Perry Hall Optimist Club; Rosedale Loud Mouth Club, Inc.  Free State Stock Car Racing Association Champion, 1953, 1954, and 1955.
