Biography:

Born in New Haven, Connecticut, April 1, 1928.  Attended public schools in Connecticut; The Catholic University of America, A.B., 1960; Georgetown Law School, LL.B., 1953; LL.M., 1956.  Admitted to the Maryland Bar, 1961.  Married Donna on July 21, 1973; children Jason, Pamela, Camille, Tamara, and Dawn.  Died January 17, 2001.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Prince George's County, 1967-70.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Served in U.S. Navy, 1963-66.  Attorney, banker, mutual fund manager, land developer and office builder.  Founder and chairman of the board, United Banking and Trust Company of Maryland (sold to First Virginia Bank in 1988).  Member, Board of Directors,  First Virginia Bank.  Portfolio manager, Titan Financial Services Fund.  Founder, Titan Growth Fund.  Member, Prince George's County Cultural Commission; Maryland State and Prince George's County Bar Associations; Phi Beta Kappa; Pi Gamma Mu.  Grand Knight, Bishop Byrne Council, Knights of Columbus.  President, Hillcrest Lions Club.  Member, St. James Episcopal Church; Mount of the Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Vail.  Board member, Vail Valley Association.
