Born 1947.  Attended College of Wooster, B.A.; Vanderbilt University, J.D.  Admitted to the Maryland Bar, 1973.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Talbot County, 1989-90.  Appointed July, 1989, to replace William S. Horne, who was appointed to Circuit Court, May 8, 1989, and resigned from House of Delegates June 2, 1989.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Lawyer.  Member, Juvenile Justice Advisory Council.  County councilman, Talbot County.
