House of Delegates, Baltimore City, 1975-78.
Private Career and Other Public Service:
Law clerk to Chief Judge Hall Hammond of Maryland Court of Appeals,
1967-68. Served in U.S. Coast Guard. Trustee, Maryland Environmental
Trust since 1971. Assistant attorney general, State of Maryland.
