Biography:

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, June 21, 1923.  Brother of Cornell N. Dypski.  Attended Baltimore public schools. Never married. Died October 31, 2004, in Baltimore, Maryland.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Baltimore City, 1967-86.  Member, Environmental Matters Committee.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Metallurgical tester.  Served in U.S. Merchant Marine, 1943-45.  Member, YMCA.
