Biography:

Born William Bevard Dulany in Carroll County, Maryland, September 4, 1927. Son of William W. and Helen (Bevard) Dulany. Attended Carroll County public schools; Western Maryland College, A.B., 1950; University of Michigan Law School; University of Maryland Law School, LL.B., 1953.  Admitted  to the Maryland Bar, 1953.  Married to Winifred Spencer; three children. Died March 19, 2017, in Baltimore, Maryland.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Carroll County, 1963-66.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Served in U.S. Navy during World War II.  Delegate, 1967 Constitutional Convention of Maryland.  Member, Regional Planning Council; Governor's Committee to Promote Employment of the Handicapped; Human Relations Commission; Trial Court Judicial Selection Commission, Fifth Judicial Circuit; Fair Campaign Financing Commission.  Senior partner, Dulany & Leahy, LLP, Attorneys.  Chair, Boards of Carroll County B & T Co.; Mutual Fire Insurance Co. of Carroll County; Episcopal Ministries to the Aging, Inc.  Member, American, Maryland State, and Carroll County Bar Associations; Vice-president, Carroll County Bar Association.  Vestryman, Ascension Parish.  Member, Maryland Historical Society; Carroll County Historical Society.  Trustee, Heart Association of Maryland.
