Biography:

Born in Princess Anne, Maryland, January 17, 1915.  Son of Frederick and Jessie (Smith) Culver.  Attended Worcester County public schools.  Married to Helen Main; two children.  Died January 15, 1972, in Catonsville, Maryland.  Buried at Bush Creek Church of the Brethren Cemetery, Monrovia, Maryland.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Baltimore County, 1955-62.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
President of an insurance agency.  Member, Holmehurst Improvement Association; Wade Avenue Improvement Association.  President, Catonsville Kiwanis Club.  Lieutenant governor, Capital District, Kiwanis.  Arch Demon, Demons Club of Baltimore.
