Biography:

Born in Hagerstown, Maryland, October 17, 1927.  Attended Lappens School, Breathedsville; Chestertown High School; Washington College, A.B., 1951. Married; two daughers. Died June 17, 2015, in Hagerstown, Maryland.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Washington County, 1959-61.  Chair, Committee on Article 3, Section 24 of the Constitution, 1959-61 Session.  Resigned September 2, 1961.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Insurance agent.  Served in U.S. Army, 1946-47.  President, Young Democratic Club of Washington County.  Chair, Board of Directors and National Committeeman, Young Democrats of Maryland.  Member, Volunteer Fire Company of Fairplay; V.F.W.
